Well I had a great day in the woods anyway but the turkeys won . I spent the afternoon watching one of the cousin's fields and watched a young buck 2 1/2 year old feed on what was in the field and a group of sandhill's feed in the same field  at the same time about 1 hour . During that time I had 4 hens within 30 yards of me , in fact 2 were only 15 yards away from me so I did not have to call with all the noise that these 4 were making then right after a Tom came into the field about 100 yards away from me something spooked the sandhill's and with that they all headed for places unknown . But all and all it was a great day in the woods .
