Finally remembered to do the gotcha on Yari's bear cub holding in his thread. Need to have Sharon do her US Army service, she maybe our only ex female service member

Evening chatters. How is everyone?

Hey Hunly you ole turkey man

Was tryning for that double out there with the bow. Made a good shot on that bird but we never could find him.

If I were to use a crossbow on turkey that is what would happen to me.

Had a good hit on him watched the arrow fall out of him after he flew about 60 yards, but we couldnt locate him. Matt videoed the whole hunt soon as he emails it to me Im gonna get it posted.

I would have expected a good boardhead to stop a turkey pretty much on the spot with a solid body shot

those turks are hardy, I've seen them roll over and get away

Hardier than I expected. I mean I nailed this guy at about 15 yards straight on frontal hit.

I am going to take my HoBo Pie Irons with me this year.  Had them out to bring last year and jut forgot.
