This morning was great, we got on a good gobbler, but couldn't close the deal. He stayed about 75-80 yards from us for over 45 minutes, had five hens with him and he would not leave them and on that open wheat field there was no way for us to stalk any closer. But guys what a SHOW he did put on. Goin back and trying after while.

Same here in va. On opening day had two gobbling,then they must have grouped with some hens. Then later that day had two fired up but they hung up at 70 yrd's. No luck today.
