Week of Nov 4 to 8.

Nov 4. Opening weekend.  Sat in the logging road stand and passed on a young 9 pnt (8:30am). Saw 3 doe at 9:05am, 2 doe at 10:20am, 6 pnt and 3 doe at 5:15 pm.  Temp range sunrise 51 and 71 sunset. Windy all day 10-15mph out of the South

Nov 5. Logging road stand: Windy out of the South and Hot 62 degrees to start the morning and topped out at 78.  Did not see any deer all day.

Nov 6. Dads open field stand: Saw 3 doe at 9:05 am....thats it for the day.  Temps. 62-75 Cold front to hit tomorrow. Still Windy out of the South 20 mph.

Nov.7 Dads open field stand: Saw 2 doe at 7:30 am and 4 pnt at 10:30 am.  Temp 60 at sunrise.  Evening hunt....winds changing out of the North did not see any deer.

Nov 8. Camo'd up in the thicket watching a bottom ravine about 80 yds from my bow stand.  Temp is better. Sunrise 38 degrees with a slight north wind.  Best morning yet !.  Shooter buck steps out at 7:10 am.  Filled my tag and freezer.  Awesome morning.
