Central Illinois rut observations

The bucks are just starting to wonder around a give the doe a little push, but it will be a week before they really start cruzing and pushing.

I had a weiner roast to go to last night and on my way there I seen several small buck and 1 huge buck out chasing the girls. It is cracking up quick here in IL.

well they are starting to chase have ahd 3 car deer accidents on wed night all bucks.   two right in the side of the car.    one nice 11.

I was out this morning & had 4 bucks come wondering through.  One spike up to a real nice 10 pt but nothing with a clear shot.
