hey after two rotator cuff repairs one on each shoulder and both biceps ruptured i feel your pain.  time for a doctor visit and maybe an mri to see what you really have wrong with it before doing more damage.  dial down that bow, warm up first and ice it after shooting.

good luck with it - i have had issues with my shoulder so i know a bit about what you're going through.  Ice is critical.
There is nothing more beautiful than sitting in a treestand watching the world come alive.
A bad day of hunting is better than any day at work.
