Float/fishin trip
« on: July 17, 2011, 01:02:28 PM »
Went with a friend yesterday morning down the Little Tallapoosa river. The recent rain had the river with a heavy stain and even though we didn't catch alot of fish it was still a good time. I did however somhow manage to flip my canoe and got soaking wet. Though I didn't lose any gear my camera got dunked and it is now soaking in a bowl of rice. Hopefully it will be ok. Here are some pics.

Hard to catch much when the water is that color.   Catfish were probably bitin' though!

Yeah, we wanted to kick ourselves for not bringing some live worms. BTW, looks like my camera is gonna be ok.

I noticed that color in the water. I bet it was tough. The pit I fish a lot, when it gets like that you can just about turn around it gets soo tuff.  Glad to hear bout the camera too buddy, good deal.
