I've got an old camo Mossberg 500 with the standard bead sight. What do you guys use/recommend for sights? Fiber optic, scope, red dot, etc. Let me know... Thanks

Fiber optics work great on mine... I like the sights best just in case I need to make a follow up shot quick. Don't know why I may think that never needed one before but you never know.

That is what I use.  In my County in VA we are not allowed scopes on shotguns (we are on slug guns though)

Tru-glo fiber optics are a great way to go and less bulky than a red dot

bamahunter,

i just use the "front bead" model 12 sight provided on my shotgun and never had any trouble.  even shot one tom on the fly one time when my partner shot the first tom when two came in at once.  glad i had just the standard shotgun aiming sight then.  i'm not a long range turkey shooter though due to heavy cover that i hunt in and only use 2 3/4 inch shells.

I'm with hawghunter... I only use the standard "bead" on the end of my 12 ga. I've taken turkey out to 30 yards with it.
