Thanks for the welcome guys. I haven't taken any deer near as big as the 2 ML deer in a while. I am a meat hunter first... I like body size! I forgot until last year how good a young doe tastes! Most of the farms I hunt here in east central IL only wanted bucks shot, so for the last 10 years that is what I shot. That changed last year when I got a bow. Doe were ok to get then. Now if only some more doe would wander by! I have seen so many small bucks in the last week I could get sick!
