I use 100's due to the fact that's what gets me closest my IBO arrow weight of 5grns per lbs and the best FOC.
You should use the weight that best fits your setup.
I have my bow setup with a 29"DL, 71lbs and I shoot a 28.5" arrow with a 100gr tip.
This gives me my best FOC and spine for my arrows giving me better groups.
To light of a tip and your shot will suffer and to heavy you will lose flat flight but this all depends on what lbs your bow is set at and your Draw Length.
So it is not as simple as what grns do you shoot there are allot of variables to consider.

100 gr. Magnus Buzzcuts, and 100 gr. 2 blade Rage.  I only pull #55, so I keep it light.

The one thing you MUST do when you go out is... make sure you make it back.
They're ALL trophies...it's just that some are bigger than others!
