This is from Bubba.

As you have heard, we are going to have the party at our place in Liberty, Ms. We have 1000 acres to play on. I have sponsored other events and several TH members know how to get here and what the place is like. Our camp is not fancy, but it is comfortable and the food is always good.

POSSIBLE ACTIVITIES: 3D bow competition
                               4 wheeler trail ride
                               Horse shoes
                               Washer Throw
                               Texas Hold'em
                                                           
MEAL MENUS: Crawfish Etouffee
                     Cajun Microwaved Hog
                     Bar-B-Que
                               
Accommodations: Room in the camp for 12 people (two campers for couples if needed)
                        Three camper spots with electricity and water.
                        1000 acres for primitive camping

                                                There are no more camper spots with hook-ups.
                                                The parking lot is big, so there is room for other campers or tents, but a generator may be       
                                                needed, we don't have enough electrical circuits to carry any more a/c units, etc. 

                                             

This is were Brent and I are at in setting things up. I you have any suggestions for any category, please give us your suggestions. We have enough CMU blocks to make an open pit and Bug is bringing the grill wire, one propane pit, and one charcoal pit. If you want to eat all the main meals at the camp, it will be $ 20.00 per head, free for the kids. Meals at the camp are strictly optional, there is a drive-in, a Wards, and a catfish place in Liberty. As we did last party, everyone is encouraged to bring something to throw on the pit, hamburgers, hot dogs, some of their venison sausage, steaks or other game specialties to be grilled on the pit.

Proposed Schedule, Subject to Change:

Friday - 2 PM - 9 PM - Meet and greet - ( West Fork Hunting Club, Liberty, MS )
Sat Morn - 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM  Archery Shoot at Bubba's ( West Fork Hunting Club, Liberty, MS )
Sat - 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM - free time (some may ride 4 wheelers at Bubba's, some may go nap)
Sat night - 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM  Group supper and hangout (mostly finger foods) ( West Fork Hunting Club, Liberty, MS )
Sun Morn - most will leave to go home... some may hang longer...

As far as I can tell, we have about 22 people coming. I talked to cookin last night, we are going to get a 60# pig to cook, should be some good eatin', the boy knows how to cook a pig!
