Turkeys in the field
« on: March 20, 2010, 08:16:26 AM »
@--0--0109 We saw some turkeys in the field 1/2 mile from our house.  We have A LOT of turkeys around where we live but most of the land you can not hunt as the Airport owns some and there is a Wildlife Management Area that you can not hunt on. I have had over 100 Turkeys pass in front of me when I was driving on the road by our place and boy was that a Sight!  --7-8-9

I know the Picture is far away but belive me...those are turkeys (About 20 of them...some are not in the picture)

Nice pic! They do know how to tease, that's for sure! Love to cross the road in front of you, strut through the fields you can't hunt... but the day will come... oh it will come alright!  --09--0

Great pic. I don't think I have ever seen that many in one place out here. Looks like Turkey season should be good in your neck of the woods this year.
