Dude, you and Deerhtn need to get together to go fishing!  That is his way of taking care of the ice also!   :o @--0--0127

Who do you think i get my land mines, and claymores that i set up around my deer blind from? It takes real talent to blow up a lake and still get enough fish for dinner
...plus, there's a trick to doing it without crackin the ice too much.... hehehehe @--0--0125

That my friend is why I'll bring my boat instead of the ice shanty!

You better make sure the ice is thick enough before you get out there with your new toy.  It would be awful if you broke through with a brand new machine.

Up here they recommend one foot of ice to take 4x4s and snowmobiles on, make sure you drill test holes as you go, and watch the pressure ridges, and HAVE FUN

Heck yeah we can have the wife sit by the door so it is easier for her to get outside and mix drinks while we sit in padded chairs next to the heater 0-0-0-

I think I read Chico is in charge of cooking. If we have to eat what we catch, I think we will be making a trip to the local bar/grill for sure! I guess our rental has a kitchen so if anyone has something that they want to make you can use our kitchen. All else fails we can eat some of the wax worms that we will be using to see if we can catch some perch.

I'm thinking we'll end up at the local bar/grill at least once during the weekend.
