In Kansas and Missouri it is two birds per year.  In MO you can only get one per day and only one in the first weekend.

In PA it's one Gobbler in the spring with your regular license, +1 if you purchase the additional tag, in the fall it's one bird, hen or gobbler. Total 3 per year if you purchase all tags, if not it's 2 per year, gobbler only in the spring. Your choice in the fall.

In MS you get 3 and they must have a 6" beard or longer.  Youth can harvest one gobbler with any size beard.

Here in Jersey we can shoot a turkey per day per permit, for the WHOLE season! The hard part is getting a permit in the zone or area you hunt, then giving up $28.00 per permit, WHICH again is ONLY good for that zone and time frame. On average I get 5-7 tags and fill most if not ALL!
