Bowhunt on film
« on: November 01, 2009, 07:32:38 PM »
Finally got a hunt on video.  I found out how hard it can be to film a bowhunt on your own.  It's amateur at best but I'm still proud of it.  Hope you like it.   DT

Yes, I did find her.  She only went about 45 yards.  It started raining hard and washed my blood trail away.  That's when I had to rely on the good lord to help me find it!  The rain also stopped me from filming the recovery.    %^$^

Good job!!  You're right, it's certainly not easy to do but it does add a level of challenge and fun to the hunt.  I like to watch self-filmed hunts...I visit www.huntingfootage.com a lot to see hunts there (I hope it's ok that I mentioned another site on this one, if not...sorry)

Great job filming your own hunt, that was a sweet looking shot. Keep at it, you're doing just fine.
