Hunting Trips = Grandkid's Presents
« on: October 21, 2009, 09:36:10 PM »
I had overlooked these pictures until tonight and it saddens me. I can't believe I missed them. When I was down at westernKYhunter's the weekend we met Traveling Man,T-Hunter,and Huntingmom at Uncle Lee's to see hammerhead's Kentucky youth harvest. We was all standing around and admiring his deer and I realized what I had seen in Uncle Lee's the day before and had to go back in and buy it for my grand daughter. In the chair is Raney Louise with her new pink 22. And you Grand Parents know how it is. I couldn't come home with gifts for one. So I bought my Grandson Lane some camo like Paw paw's to go along with the gun I bought him the day he was born.I apologize to Raney for not getting her one till she was 2 months old. I look forward to when both of them join me in the woods.

That is pretty cool.  I bet the time will come quicker than you think when they can join you in the woods.
