My wifes friend took pistures of this moose at our resivior. Moose are not native to the Black Hills of SD.

I was thinking that! I didn't think that SD had moose, but wasn't sure.

that moose has ben hanging around all summer.  He was spotted in Custer State Park back in June.  Let's just hope the South Dakota GFP doesn't catch up with him or we WON'T have any moose in SD.

Nice pics, we have been getting more and more of them in ND, they keep expanding the hunting units for moose, its a once in a lifetime tag here, as are elk and bighorn, I saw this guys out by our stands at the inlaws place last year

we have some moose in NY bu very few ....... their is a season in maine,vermont and New hampshire I believe they are mean cusses during the rut and will travel miles to find love ;D

Man I hope the catch on like the turkey have around the country. We have a good elk herd now. It would be nice to see some moose in PA. I don't think that will happen though any time soon, not in my lifetime anyway.
