I say a couple cats or a rat terrier, jack russell terrier or dashaund. They will help clear the problem out and move the moles to the neighbors yard. LOL!!

Get yourself a Jack Russel. My like to hunt rats and moles just about as much as Squirrels

THE MOLE FUEL AIR EXPLOISIVE DEVICE IS PRETTY COOL.  Not sure the wife would let me go around blowing up the yard however.

There's a product on the market called RO-PEL animal repellent. It does the trick on ground moles, had them infested in the wife's flower bed out front, sprayed it down with RO-PEL, and they were gone in no time. Can't remember where exactly I bought it, but I can narrow it down to Wal Mart or Ace Hardware and it's made by Grant Laboratories out of Boca Raton, FL. if that helps.
