Nice looking rig, I don't know about the technical end of bow hunting, but I've not been lucky enough to have a bud who knows bow hunting and the gear. I got into bow hunting in '96 and haven't been able to get with others and shoot. I've got a new "puppy" to hang with so he may teach me about bows, he lives next door to me and is a Talk Hunting member, CaneanK5! I hope he's a good teacher.

Got 2 hunting rigs.  First one is the 2008 Katera XL which is my deer hunting bow for tree stands and such.  Second is my 2009 Alpha Max 32 in all black for hunting in the ground blind mainly for turkeys.  It will work fine for deer as well but maxes out at 61 pounds and is shooting much lighter arrows.  Info below.  These bows both shoot amazingly quiet and are rock solid.  I keep tweeking them to get the max I can out of them.

Katera XL:
65 pounds
29 inch draw
Copper Johns Dead Nuts 2 competition 4 pin sight
QAD HD Pro
Fuse Stab
Sling by Benn Farr from ArcheryTalk
Victory arrows with 100 tip weigh in at 375
Either Grim Reaper 1 3/4" Razor Tip or G5 Montec CS
289 fps

AMax32:
57 pounds
29 inch draw
Sword Twilight Hunter 4 pin sight
QAD HD Pro
Fuse Stab
Sling by Benn Farr from ArcheryTalk
Victory arrows with 100 tip weight in at 318
Grim Reaper 1 3/4" Razor Tip
304 fps

Good looking Bows Hoytshooter,  I will purchase a blacked out Drenalin LD/with a Mathews Downforce arrow rest for competition.  This guy has only had it for a couple of months and only wants $550 for it, he has returned to the stick and string.

Come on Guys and Girls lets see em.

That would be a good deal on the Drenalin LD.  Good luck with it.

Yeah where are all the rigs everyone????  There has to be more out here that take more pictures of their bows then their kids like we do.
