The higher in the tree, the sweeter the apple------ i guess?

they love to do that at my place to. my apples are still small though

Great picture!  I was sitting in an apple tree once about 20 years ago & had a doe doing that to the very tree I was in.  Kept expecting her to make enough ruckus that apples would be falling on my head, but fortunately they all held on.

Have crabapples getting ready here.  Double freeze we had in Spring wiped out most of our apple and pear blossoms.

PJ we have the biggest apple crop i have ever seen. The limbs are going to break if they don't start falling soon.

All our later blooming stuff are full also.  We got rain at all the right times.

That's a great picture exposing all of the vitals, you should be so lucky to get a shot like that during the season  --09--0
