Title: Doe with no teeth
Post by: [Blocked] on October 20, 2014, 08:17:32 AM
I shot a doe and she had no teeth left except her front tops and nubs on the front bottom. Her gums were all healed if she ever had any teeth there. I could not feel anywhere that teeth were ever there. Anybody have ideas, hard to age without teeth. I think she may be old.

I would say she's old or born without her teeth.

Yes I think she is just old. After processing her, she reminded me of an older doe I had shot and the meat had a lot of silver skin running through it, more than I see on a younger deer. Thanks for your thoughts.
